Registration Questions
1. Can I see a sample of the program without signing up?
Unfortunately, there’s no
way to view the program without logging in. However, registration is simple and free. Try it!
2. Can I register for My RA Fit Kit if I am not a U.S. resident?
No. Unfortunately, our
terms of use allow us to register only U.S. residents for the program.
3. What should I do if I can’t register online?
If you’re having trouble registering online, please call us at 1-800-515-6795. Phone registration
is easy, and we’ll give you a registration code that you can use to log in so you can begin customizing your
program online.
4. How can I log in to the site if I’m already registered?
Try clicking on the
“Already Registered” link on the home page. This will let you log in using the e-mail and password you’ve already
chosen. For your reference, we sent your login information to you in a confirmation e-mail when you first
registered.
5. What should I do if I can’t register with the registration number I was given on the
phone?
Try signing in using your e-mail address and the password that you created when you first registered.
If you don’t remember your password, please click the
"Forgot My Password" link under the password window
and enter your e-mail address. We’ll send your password to you again. You can also look
for the e-mail that
we sent you when you first registered for My RA Fit Kit. This e-mail has your password reminder. If you
still can’t sign in, please get in touch with the
My RA Fit Kit Webmaster for technical support.
6. Can I register for someone other than myself?
Yes! If you are a friend, caregiver, or family member of someone
with moderate to severe RA, you can register as a caregiver and customize the program on behalf of your
loved one.
7. How can I change my registration information?
Unfortunately, you can’t change the
information you put in when you registered. However, you are more than welcome to re-register using a
different e-mail and password. Just go through the registration process as before, but, this time, enter a
different e-mail address.
Forgotten Password/Trouble Logging In
8. What should I do if I can’t log in?
If you’re registering for the first time, you should be able to log in by following the registration
instructions. If you’re returning to the site, please click the
“Already registered or have a registration
code?” link on the home page to reach the screen where you can enter your login information. If you still
can’t log in, please check the confirmation e-mail we originally sent to you when you registered to make
sure you are using the correct information. Or you may click on the
"Forgot My Password" link under the
password window and enter your e-mail address. We’ll send you a password reminder. If these solutions don’t
work for you, please contact the
My RA Fit Kit Webmaster for technical support.
9. Why am I getting a message that my e-mail address isn’t valid?
Are you using the same e-mail address you entered when you
registered? Also, make sure you type the e-mail address in carefully—a typo or missed letter may be the
problem. If you still can’t sign in, get in touch with the
My RA Fit Kit Webmaster.
10. What should I do if my password doesn’t work?
When you first registered, we sent you a confirmation e-mail that included
your password. If you can, go back to this e-mail and make sure that you are using the correct password. You
can also click on the
"Forgot My Password" link under the password window. Fill in your e-mail address and
we’ll send you a password reminder.
You may also want to make sure that your internet browser is set to
allow ”cookies.” Cookies let your browser store information such as passwords. If you aren’t sure how to
check for cookies, try doing a search online for directions. Each browser may have different instructions.

11. What should I do if I forgot my password?
You can find your password in the first e-mail we sent after you
registered. Or click on the
"Forgot My Password" link. Fill in your e-mail address and we’ll send you a
password reminder.
12. What can I do if “remember me” has stored the wrong e-mail?
Try clearing your
browser’s cache so your browser ‘forgets’ the e-mail address. The “Help” menu on your browser can help you
find instructions on how to clear your cache. Once it’s been cleared, you should be able to enter the right
e-mail to get to the exercises. Alternately, try using a different browser (for example, if you usually use
Internet Explorer, try Firefox).
13. How do I log off the site?
To log off, simply close the browser window. You‘ll automatically be logged off.
Privacy and Security
14. Is the information I entered secure
on this site?
Yes, your personal information is secure. No one else can see this information, and we will not share this
information or sell it to anyone. We use your information only to provide you access to the customizable
exercise program.
15. Is it safe to have my password sent through e-mail?
Yes. None of your
personal information is stored on the site, so it’s not accessible to other users.
Customizing Your Program
16. The program will not let me make selections for customization question number 5.
Be sure to answer question
4 and select your preferred types of exercises. Before you choose answers to question 5, you first have to
answer question 4.
17. Why can’t I get to my program results?
Make sure that you’ve answered all the
required questions on the customization form. After filling out the customization form, you’ll land on a
page of recommended fitness guidelines. This page gives general guidelines for your exercise routine. You
can close this page by clicking the “x” or by placing your cursor on the bordering page and clicking. The
guidelines will then close and you’ll see your customized exercises.
18. I came back to my exercises, but I can’t find them. Where are they stored?
Unfortunately, we don’t store your customized program, so the
exercises you chose won’t be there after you log out. If you'd like to refer back to these exercises, you’ll
need to print them out before you log off. If you’ve already exited the program without printing them out,
just start again on the home page and re-customize your program.
19. Do I have to fill out the
customization questionnaire every time I sign in?
Yes. Unfortunately, we don’t save or store your
preferences after you log out of your session. You’ll need to print a copy of your exercises before exiting
the program so you will have them for further reference. If you lose your printout, or the status of your RA
changes, just come back to the site and go through the steps to re-customize the program.
Getting the Booklet
20. How can I get the booklet I saw on your commercial?
To get the booklet, all you have to do is
register for the program online or by phone (1-800-515-6795). If you’re eligible, we’ll automatically send
you a copy of the booklet by mail.
21. I’m unable to print my personalized exercises at the moment. Can
you send me a copy of the booklet?
If you’ve already registered, you don’t have to do anything else. As
long as you’re eligible, we’ll send you a copy of the booklet at the address you gave us when you signed up.
Keep in mind, though: your customized exercise program will only be available online.
Getting Printouts of Your Program
22. How do I print my customized program?
To print, just click on the “Print Your Program”
link at the top of your personalized exercise program. You can choose to print your whole program, or just
the page that you are currently looking at. If you choose “Just This Page,” your printer window will open so
you can select a printer to use. If you want to print your entire program, choose “Select Multiple
Exercises.” This will open another window where you can choose which exercises you want to print. After you
have clicked in the boxes next to your chosen exercises, scroll to the bottom of the window and click
“Done.” If you’re having trouble getting the exercises to print right, try reading the instructions in your
printer manual or contact the technical support experts for your printer.
23. Can I get a hard copy of my personalized exercises sent to me?
Unfortunately, we don’t print and distribute customized programs. If
you don’t have a printer, how about asking a friend or family member to print them for you? You can also
visit your local library and use their printer.
24. Can physicians get multiple copies of this program to
share with RA patients in their practice?
We’d love for you to share this program with your moderate to
severe RA patients. However, each patient must register on their own in order to customize their program
online and receive the booklet, if eligible. If you’re a physician, you can help your patients register by
referring them to our Web site or toll-free number: 1-800-515-6795.
Exercise Guidelines
25. Why can I only see the recommended fitness guidelines?
After entering your information and customizing your program,
you’ll see a page of recommended fitness guidelines. This page shows guidelines that you might want to keep
in mind before starting your routine. You can click out of it by pressing the “x” or by placing your cursor
on the bordering page and clicking on it. The guidelines page will close and reveal your customized
exercises.
26. Who can I speak to if I have specific questions about these exercises?
Experts designed
these exercise programs based on the varying abilities of people with moderate to severe RA. But your doctor
is your best guide to how you should modify each exercise for the greatest benefit. We want you to get the
most out of your program, and your doctor can guide you toward a program that fits your strengths and
limitations.
